Senior Business Analyst

BSI has an opening for an experienced Senior Business Analyst in our Peachtree Corner, GA headquarters.

The Senior Business Analyst  is responsible for the business analysis activities of research, requirements gathering, analysis and functional specifications writing.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.
  • Minimum of 7 years Business Analyst experience at BSI OR 8 years’ experience as Business Analyst external to BSI
  • Other Undergraduate degree with minimum 9 years Business Analyst experience
  • No degree – business analysis professional with minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Extensive experience obtaining software requirements and authoring software functional specifications
  • Well versed in SDLC
  • Good SQL skills
  • Extensive knowledge of authoring tools, including word processing, HTML, and graphics
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies & templates
  • Working knowledge of relational database concepts
  • Experience with financial applications preferred
  • Familiarity with QA testing and tools is a plus
  • Excellent customer service oriented written and oral communications skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Senior Product Owner

BSI has an opening for an experienced Senior Product Owner in our Peachtree Corner, GA headquarters.

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for oversight of planning, executing, and coordinating the efforts of multiple product owners to keep assigned products functioning efficiently in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree – IS major preferred
       6 years product owner and/or management experience
  • Other Undergraduate degree
      8 years product owner and/or management experience
  • No degree
      10 years product owner and/or management experience
  • This position is subject to a background check.
  • Strong payroll domain experience
  • Proficient in the use of industry-recognized project management software and testing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Internet applications e.g. e-mail, web browsers
