Product Research Specialist III

BSI has an opening for an experienced Product Research Specialist III in our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters.

The Product Research Specialist III will research, identify, and interpret the payroll tax and associated tax reporting rules and regulations that are incorporated within the company’s products and services.  Operates with very minimal supervision and, aside from employee administrative functions should be able to function as a lead and mentor to the rest of the group.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, preferred

Other Undergraduate degree with minimum 10+ years payroll and/or payroll tax reporting experience, 6 years technical experience in product research and/or software product development, OR

No degree with 15+ years payroll and/or payroll tax reporting experience, 5+ years technical experience in product and/or software product development

Recent and relevant work experience with payroll tax/compliance research, federal, multi-state and multi-local payroll tax reporting and remittance preferred

This position is subject to a background check

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus

Proficient in SQL/database queries a plus

Proficient in the use of Internet applications and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to multi-task and quickly learn and effectively understand new concepts and functions

Strong results orientation, highly motivated and detail-oriented

      Alliance Manager, Business Development

      BSI has an opening for an experienced Alliance Manager, Business Development in our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters.

      The Alliance Manager, Business Development will manage the business aspects of BSI’s relationships with key strategic partners. Perform duties under general direction from the VP, Sales & Marketing.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree; business administration, business management, accounting or finance preferred
      • Driven, proactive and self-motivated to meet business goals.
      • Proven track record in managing partner relationships in delivering complex integrated software solutions.
      • 10+ years of experience in Management
      • Experience with IT, Software Development and/or Payroll/HR Industry Expertise required.
      • Competitive industry knowledge, specifically in Payroll/HR a plus.
      • Demonstrated experience working with SaaS agreements.
      • Excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse business stakeholders.
      • Strong organization, time management and prioritization skills.
      • Experience with major HCM vendors a plus.
      • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently.
      • Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues.
      • Strong Excel proficiency with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.
      • Strong PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to present conclusions to internal and external executives and audiences.
      • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
      • Willingness to travel (<=30%)
