Recently we had a serious issue that held up payroll processing for a day. BSI worked with us to troubleshoot the issue and engaged their representative later to develop a workaround solution. It was a lot of work and the call continued after 6 PM. The BSI representatives were extremely professional and had positive attitudes throughout the call. There is no doubt that their professionalism led to the most expeditious solution possible in the midst of an extremely difficult time for our company.
